RN/RS Coordinators are responsible for Research Networks and Research Streams.

Peer review is done! Thank you for your work! Next step is to build your provisional programme with the session builder you received from MCI-group.
Deadlines:
- 27th of April 2011 Pre-programme of papers for each sessions sent by RN coordinators and RS conveners to MCI-Group Geneva.
- 3rd of May 2011 Closing of Early-bird conference registrations
- 15th of June 2011 Final date for registration and payment for paper givers
- 25th of July 2011: Final programme of papers for each session sent to MCI-Group Geneva
Peer review of the abstracts: You will receive a password and a username to review the abstracts on the website created by our logistic support, Monday 14th of March. Once the abstracts will be selected, you'll have until the 6th of April to relay your decision to paper-givers. Until April 20th you should be able to send a pre-programme of papers for each session to the local organizing committee: . To help you organizing your paper sessions, our logistic support will provide a pre-formatted excel sheet.
REMINDER: Each RN/RS has 9 session slots, but RN and RS with a large number of presentations are invited to organize parallel sessions. Please don't plan no more than 4 papers to be presented in each session. You may also organize round-tables and joint-sessions.
Full written papers: The FloraFox and the Scientific Committee decided not to ask for the full written papers, because we won't publish them. If you need them, please handle this individually with your paper-givers.
Abstract submission: All Call for Papers are now on our website and submission is now closed. You can now inform your network about the abstract submission. New deadline is the 8th of March!
Guidelines for ESA 10th Conference have been provided to each RN/RS Coordinators by the end of September 2010. If you are a RN/RS Coordinator and you have not received any guidelines for now, please contact
