VISA PURPOSE
You may request a visa invitation letter from our Logistic Conference Organizer as part of the on-line registration system – just click on the box and answer the questions that appear. Visa invitation letters cannot be provided until you have registered for the congress.
FUNDING
Unfortunately, no funding can be provided for traveling and hotel accommodation from the LOC Committee. Please enquire with your University who may be able to support you.

Guidelines for paper presenters

NO FULL WRITTEN PAPERS WILL BE PUBLISHED! COORDINATORS WILL ASK FOR THEM, IF THEY NEED UNTIL MAY 15TH.

ROOM EQUIPMENT
Although most of the session rooms are equipped with computers, given the size of the programme and the number of parallel sessions, we cannot guarantee that all rooms will have a computer installed and available for presenters to use. Therefore, we kindly request that you bring along your own laptop computer wherever possible.

ORAL PRESENTATION

Each RN/RS session will have the duration of 1,5 hrs.
Each presenter of an ORAL presentation will have 10-15 minutes at disposal.
A period for debate/discussion/questions will be allowed in the end of each session.
Generally, the presentations must be made in English, some RN/RS allow french presentation, please check it at the end of this page.

Presenters of Oral Papers are welcome to bring hand-outs of power-point presentation or hard copies of paper presented to distribute among participants of that session. Please note that not every room may be equiped with computers (see "room equipment").

DISTRIBUTED PAPER
The lenght of the distributed paper should not exceed the lenght of a full paper (50.000 characters (with spaces), including tables, figures, notes and references)

The presenter of a Distributed Paper should bring copies of the paper (Nr=10) to be distributed to the participants of that session. The Distributed Papers will not be presented orally.

POSTER
There will be one poster session for each RN/RS which has been scheduled on Saturday 10th of September from 12.30 – 13.30.
Poster authors are kindly asked to be present during the Poster Session in order to answer any questions that interested viewers of the posters may have.

NEW: Posters will be displayed on appropriate panels in the hall of UNI MAIL.

Please note that Posters have to be mounted by the Author in time before the session start. Posters that are not removed by the authors, will automatically be discarded.

Official Poster size: 70cmx 90cm, both vertical and horizontal formats are accepted.
Please be informed that fixing material and assisting staff will be available at the conference secretariat.

To give you some last chance to participate in the ESA Congress, we decided to extend the deadline until the 8th of March. In order to avoid confusion, this extension is valid for the PhD Workshop too.
If you want our logistic support to be able to solve technical problems with your submission, please don't wait for the last day.
The abstracts will be published on a CD-rom. No full written papers will be published. It's up to coordinators to say if they need the full written papers or not.
